While I was trying to get things organized and put together for this journal, I came across this cool idea from Microsoft called "The i'm Initiative". Every time you use Windows Liveā„¢ Messenger or Windows Live HotmailĀ®, Microsoft will share a portion of the advertising revenue with the cause you choose from among the partner social cause organizations. The more messages and emails you send, the more they give.

Now the small things you do every day, like e-mailing and IMing, can make a big difference. If you don't already have a hotmail.com or live.com email address or a Live Messenger account, go sign up for one and start using it! If you do already have one of these accounts and are not part of "The i'm Initiative", go to your options page and click the link for "i'm making a difference".
